Welcome to ZongoMall. By creating an account or using our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Using ZongoMall

ZongoMall is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers directly. We are not a party to any transaction between users, and we do not handle payments, shipping, or guarantee the condition, quality, or legality of items listed. All deals are made directly between buyers and sellers, at their own risk and discretion.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
  • You must be legally able to enter into agreements to buy or sell on ZongoMall.

3. Posting Ads

  • Listings must be honest, accurate, and for items or services you are legally allowed to sell.
  • Prohibited items include anything illegal under Ghanaian law, stolen goods, counterfeit products, and dangerous or restricted goods.
  • We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without notice.

4. Messaging & Conduct

Our chat feature is provided to help buyers and sellers communicate. You agree not to use it to harass, scam, or send unlawful content to other users. Images shared in chat must not contain illegal, abusive, or explicit content. We may suspend accounts that misuse the messaging system.

5. Editing & Deleting Content

You may edit or delete your own listings and messages at any time. Once deleted, content is removed from view and cannot be recovered.

6. Limitation of Liability

ZongoMall is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the platform running smoothly but are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, scams by third parties, or interruptions to the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the platform in a way that harms other users.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continuing to use ZongoMall after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
